Shipping and Delivery Policy

Everything VedicBirth sells is digital. Nothing is posted to you, so there is no shipping address to give and no shipping charge.
When you get it
- A reading is delivered within 3 days.
- With express delivery, added at checkout, it is delivered within 24 hours.
Where it arrives
Your reading is saved to your VedicBirth account and sent to the WhatsApp number you gave us. If the message does not arrive, the reading is still in your account, and you can write to us.
If it is late or does not arrive
If your payment succeeds but your reading fails to generate, you keep the entitlement and we keep trying, and you will not be charged twice. If we cannot deliver it at all, you get a full refund.
