Delete Your Account

You can delete your account and everything in it. No retention offers, no dark patterns, no talking you out of it.
From the app
- Open VedicBirth and go to the Me tab.
- Open Settings, then Delete account.
- Confirm. Deletion begins immediately.
By email
If you cannot access the app, email support@vedicbirth.in from a device that can receive messages on your registered phone number, or tell us the number so we can verify it is yours. We complete verified requests within 30 days, usually far sooner.
What gets deleted
- Your profile — name, phone number, language.
- Your birth details and computed chart.
- Everyone you added, and their birth details.
- All conversations, questions, notes, and remembered context.
- Saved readings, insights, and predictions.
- Your notification settings and device tokens.
Deletion is permanent. Readings you have paid for are destroyed along with everything else, and cannot be restored or re-issued afterwards. If you want to keep them, save or share them before you delete.
What we keep, and why
Payment and invoice records are retained where Indian tax and accounting law requires it. These are financial records, not your chart or your conversations, and they are not used for anything else.
Anonymised aggregate statistics that cannot be traced back to you may remain in our analytics.
Starting again
You are welcome to sign up again with the same number. It will be a fresh account — nothing from before comes back, and you will need to enter your birth details again.
