Refund Policy

• Refunded in full if the reading was never delivered.
• Refunded in full if you were charged more than once for the same item.
• Refunded if the reading was computed from birth details we got wrong through our own error.
• Not refundable once delivered simply because you disagree with the interpretation. A reading is a considered opinion, not a factual claim, and we would rather say so plainly than pretend otherwise.
• Not refundable where the birth details you entered were wrong. The chart is computed from what you give us. Write to us anyway — if it was an honest slip we will usually regenerate it once.

• Unused credits can be refunded within 7 days of purchase.
• Credits already spent are not refundable — the service was delivered.

• Cancel at any time. Access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.
• The current period is not refunded, but you will not be charged again.
• If a renewal charges you after you cancelled, that is our error and we refund it in full.

Email support@vedicbirth.in with the phone number on your account and roughly when you bought it. We aim to reply within 3 working days.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method via Razorpay, usually within 5–7 working days depending on your bank.

If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, refunds are handled by Apple under their policy, not by us — we have no ability to refund an Apple transaction. Purchases made through Google Play or directly in the app via Razorpay are handled by us as described above.
